ACCOMODATION for SUMMMER ACADEMY STUDENTS

Unlike previous years, in summer 2026 student accommodation will be arranged exclusively in 4-person cabins at the camping area. After the registration period has ended, we will assess the possibility of 1–2 person accommodation, according to availability.

Online booking via the link is available only for the full period, 27 June–5 July 2026.

For shorter stays, accommodation must be booked directly with the reception.

You may choose your accommodation package during registration from the options below.

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION – A & B CAMP CABINS

Facilities in A & B Cabins:

Bunk beds, duvets and pillows
Dining table and chairs, refrigerator, hot plate, coffee maker and kettle, microwave oven
Dishes and cutlery
Cold running water (inlet and outlet)
Private toilet
Electric heating

Full-Board Package

Sat 27 June – Sun 5 July (8 nights)

Includes accommodation, bed linen, full-board meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, evening snack), starting with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with lunch on the day of departure.

Sauna available daily.

Accommodation without meals:
€107 / 8 nights (includes bed linen and sauna)

Extra night options:

€12 / person / night – accommodation only
€20 / night – accommodation with breakfast
€30 / night – accommodation with breakfast and lunch

FACILITIES & LEISURE ACTIVITIES:

The lakeside sauna is heated almost every evening and is included in all accommodation packages. The area offers a disc golf course, swimming beach, beach volleyball courts, a multi-purpose sports field (floorball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton), and hiking trails. Recreational equipment at Hyvärilä is available free of charge to camp participants (discs, walking poles, and various sports equipment).

Bomba Spa is located approximately 1.5 km from Hyvärilä. Wireless internet access is available throughout the Hyvärilä area.

TRANSPORTATION:

On the arrival and departure days, shared transfers to Hyvärilä are arranged from the train station and, if necessary, from bus connections. Registered participants will receive further transportation details in June as part of the camp information letter.
