Within the registration period 16.12.2022-30.4.2023, participation can be canceled free of charge.

If a person enrolled in the Summer Academy cancels their participation after the end of the registration period (April 30, 2023) without a valid reason, we will charge the entire course fee. We charge a cancellation fee of €60 for a cancellation made for a valid reason (e.g. an illness confirmed by a doctor's certificate that prevents studies).

We take into account the teacher's wishes expressed at the time of registration. However, we reserve the right to assign students to teachers at our best discretion.
