FILIP ZIELINSKI
Lute, theorbo, historical guitar
Filip Michał Zieliński – lutenist, theorbo, and historical guitar player specializing in early music. He began his musical journey in 2004, performing with amateur early music ensembles, and later graduated from the Poznań Academy of Music in the class of lute under Dr. Habili. Henryk Kasperczak.
He has collaborated with Polish early music ensembles, including Altberg Ensemble, Il Giardino d’Amore, Ars Nova, Minimus, and Floripari. In 2013, he founded the early music ensemble Miraculis with which he has performed at numerous festivals and events across Poland.
Since 2018, he has been a performer of historical plucked instruments with Capella Regia Polona at the Polish Royal Opera, performing operas and concerts alongside artists such as Olga Pasiecznik, Martyna Pastuszka, Jakub Józef Orliński, and Sirkka‑Liisa Kaakinen‑Pilch.
He has participated in notable operatic and festival projects, including Alessandro Stradelli’s Il Trespolo Tutore (audio-visual recording released by DUX) and the international Stradella-Y-Project, with which he toured Italy.
