In the gentle contemporary dance for musicians course, we work on suggestions arising from our own body. Under the gentle and dynamic guidance of dancer Siiri Kortelainen, exercises are done from movement research and improvisational starting points, looking for each person's personal and enjoyable dance through various movement tasks. In addition, the class includes body care and somatic exercises.

In the course, everyone works from their own starting point, and the course does not require a previous dance background or a certain movement ability.

The class is also suitable for one-time participation!
